Carers Support Worker (15 hours per week)

To work from the Devonshire Resource Centre in establishing and maintaining regular contact with Carers of older people, offering suport and information. Experience within a Care setting and a qualification in care, NVQ or similar, is required.

Active Ageing Outreach Co-ordinator – 17.5 hours per week
